Dear Welcomed Vendors,

We are enthusiastic to invite you to join us as a vendor at the 77th Second District Conference of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., taking place in Buffalo, New York, from April 10–13, 2025 (see attachment). This conference provides an exceptional opportunity to present your Greek and Afrocentric merchandise to a diverse, engaged audience over four days.

Vendor Exhibit Hours:

• Thursday, April 10, 2025: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Friday, April 11, 2025: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Saturday, April 12, 2025: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Sunday, April 13, 2025: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Vendor Registration Includes (Cost: $300):

• One 10' x 10' exhibit space
• One 6' table
• Access to one power outlet

For vendors needing additional space, please indicate the required number of spaces on your registration form and submit payment accordingly. Bro. Douglas Hoston, Vendor Chairman, will contact you to assess your specific needs and assign space based on the venue layout.
